Returns
We will gladly accept returns for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date on eligible items. Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please email us at info@boobird.com to start the return.
*Seasonal Items such as Pumpkin Spice and Christmas Bamboo are FINAL SALE.
Please include your package slip with the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Items purchased from the sale category are final sale only. All accessories including headbands, bows, turbans, beanies, teethers, swaddles, etc. are final sale. Shipping charges are not refundable.
*Boobird is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Exchanges
If you purchased a size that is just not right, that’s no problem! We will issue an exchange for the same style up to 30 days after the delivery date. Please email us at info@boobird.com to start the process. If the new size you would like is out of stock we will issue you store credit. Unfortunately, we are not able to pay for your shipping fee to return the item but we will pay for the shipping fee to send you the new size.
If you received a defective/damaged item or incorrect item, we'll happily replace it.
